SK Product Strategy and Solutions helps growing businesses in two distinct ways — fractional product management and product development. These are separate offerings and clients can engage for either or both, depending on what they need.
As a fractional product manager, I step into your business and work directly with your team — bringing structure, clarity, and product thinking to organizations that have never had a dedicated PM. I help define what to build, why, and in what order, and I work alongside your people to make it happen.
As a product developer, I design and build practical technology solutions — custom applications, workflow tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled systems — from strategy through to a fully delivered product. Product management thinking is built into every build engagement.
I work directly with business owners, operations leaders, and teams — not through layers of account managers or project coordinators. You get focused attention and direct communication throughout every engagement.
Let's work together.
If you have a project, a challenge, or just a question, I'd be glad to connect.
Get in TouchBackground
A different kind of technology partner.
My background combines senior product management, application development, workflow strategy, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University — an unusual combination that directly shapes how I approach every engagement.
The counseling psychology gives me a deeper understanding of how people think, what drives behavior, and what makes technology feel intuitive rather than frustrating. I apply this to every solution I design, with a focus on user engagement, ease of use, and adoption — because the best technology is the kind people actually want to use.
I have worked across healthcare informatics, SaaS product development, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solution design, bringing together technical depth and human-centered thinking in a way that is uncommon in the consulting space.
Understanding what people need — not just what they ask for — is at the core of how I work. My counseling background helps me listen differently, ask better questions, and design solutions that address the real problem, not just the stated one.
